Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Job Qualifications
- Great hospitality skills
- Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails and technique
- Experience in bartending or comparable hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Capable of maintaining speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality and memorable service
- Assist in the development and execution of creative cocktail menus
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
