Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Prepare all drinks to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
