Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- Prepare all drinks to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
