Job Requirements

must be 21 or older
prior experience preferred but not mandatory
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
customer service oriented
able to lift and carry moderate weights

Job Qualifications

prior experience in bartending bar back or server roles preferred
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to work in a fast paced environment
knowledge of beverage preparation and drink recipes
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
must be 21 or older

Job Duties

deliver exceptional guest service by being efficient confident personable and expert on beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
collaborate with front of house team for smooth service
handle cash and process payments accurately
