Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience required
- Proven knowledge of craft beers and craft cocktails
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- Experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of craft beers and craft cocktails
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of bar setup, breakdown, and operational procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Set up and break down the bar area before and after shifts
- Follow opening and closing procedures accurately
- Craft and mix specialty drinks following established recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of drinks
- Maintain knowledge of craft beers, wines, and cocktails to assist customers
- Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift
