Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 to serve alcoholic beverages according to CT legal guidelines
Ability to multitask in a highly active environment
Frequent standing and walking for extended periods
Excellent physical fitness and visual acuity
Ability to present a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
Unexpired bartender certification
Knowledge of state and local laws concerning sale of alcoholic drinks
Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

Job Duties

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Mix drinks quickly and accurately
Check identification of members and guests to verify minimum drinking age
Use the club's POS system to take drink orders and charge members
Fill drink orders placed in the restaurant and assist servers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including washing glasses and arranging barwares
Restock liquor, mixed drink ingredients, and bar supplies
Track inventory and report needs to the Food and Beverage Manager
Remove empty bottles, trash, and replace empty beer kegs
