Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and responsible alcohol service
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Leadership capabilities and willingness to train staff
Familiarity with POS systems
Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcoming greeting to members and their guests
Ensure timely service in accordance with The Quin service standards
Provide attentive courteous efficient food and beverage service
Prepare cocktails and mixed drinks according to recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
Use POS system accurately for order entry and payments
Assist team members and management as needed
