- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of previous bartending experience
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of state liquor requirements
- basic computer and POS knowledge
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Job Duties
- Serve each customer courteously and efficiently with a positive attitude
- process transactions on a point-of-sale register
- maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area
- greet and communicate with guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food
- mix drinks, cocktails, and other beverages in compliance with company standards
- check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol sales
- ensure bar area is fully equipped and clean
- prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies
- demonstrate knowledge of food menu and beverage selections
- balance receipts and maintain proper cash accountability
- perform drop and count procedures according to company policies
- follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations
- prioritize work according to management needs
- establish strong communication with leaders and co-workers
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
