Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for an 8- to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work as a team member with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring and glassware stations before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customer is well attended, offer refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
