Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or related experience
- knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- adherence to liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with POS systems
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
- complying with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
- demonstrating great salesmanship
- accurately uses point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
- practices proper safety and sanitation procedures
- exhibits teamwork at all times
