Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Proficient in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation, with a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum age 21 years due to alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following all Outback Steakhouse recipes and presentation standards
Engage positively with guests, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable bar experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and spirits
Process transactions accurately and handle cash and credit card payments responsibly
Strictly adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies, including checking identification and recognizing signs of intoxication
Manage bar inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste
Collaborate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest service
