- Proficient in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation, with a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum age 21 years due to alcohol service regulations
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following all Outback Steakhouse recipes and presentation standards
- Engage positively with guests, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable bar experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and spirits
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and credit card payments responsibly
- Strictly adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies, including checking identification and recognizing signs of intoxication
- Manage bar inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste
- Collaborate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest service
