Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following all Outback Steakhouse recipes and presentation standards
  • Engage positively with guests, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable bar experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and spirits
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash and credit card payments responsibly
  • Strictly adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies, including checking identification and recognizing signs of intoxication
  • Manage bar inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste
  • Collaborate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest service
