Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of prior bartending experience
- knowledge of food and drink menus
- ability to perform "bar flair" while preparing cocktails
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- ability to handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- knowledge of liquor security and control standards

Job Duties
- Energizes people and is passionate about guest service
- exemplifies the company culture by embracing the mission and values articulated
- empowers him/herself to handle guest complaints immediately, exceed guest expectations, and informs management to ensure follow up
- thoroughly knowledgeable on menu, food preparation, beer, liquor and wine programs
- responsible for the cleanliness and organization of bar/lounge, back hallways and liquor storage areas
- greets guests in a timely and professional manner, makes suggestions regarding food and beverage, checks regularly for guests' needs and answers any questions or concerns
- monitors guest alcohol consumption and does not serve alcohol to intoxicated guests
