Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- minimum 2 years of full-service high-volume casual dining experience
- enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest service
- ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- ability to meet the physical demands of the job with or without accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Passion for serving gracious hospitality and delivering exhilarating brewhouse experiences
- minimum 2 years of experience in full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant environments
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented and collaborative setting
- must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails and drinks that reflect the brewhouse spirit
- connect guests to the brewhouse experience by recommending BJ's beverage and food pairings
- create fun and memorable moments through expert execution of craft beverage recipes and beer and wine service techniques
- maintain a clean and organized bar area to ensure efficient service
- manage cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- uphold BJ's standards for gracious hospitality and guest satisfaction
- collaborate with team members to support a positive and energetic work environment
