  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • strong mixology skills
  • TABC certified if applicable in region
  • must be 21+ years of age
  • highly organized, clean, and professional under pressure
  • a yes first attitude and a natural team player
  • confident POS system knowledge and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve signature cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to brand standards
  • provide knowledgeable, engaging service and build relationships with guests at the bar
  • assist guests with both drink and food orders when seated at the bar
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
  • follow proper opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling and bar prep
  • help ensure responsible alcohol service and proactively manage guest well-being
  • restock and maintain bar inventory, tools, and supplies
  • collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to a high-performing service environment
