Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be of legal drinking age and comply with local alcohol service laws
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of drink recipes and safe alcohol service practices

Job Duties

Mixing garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
Assisting in tasks to ensure a stocked sanitized and safe restaurant
