Job Requirements

  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Experience in bartending or mixology
  • Availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in work area
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle financial procedures and cash management

  • Ability to interact warmly with guests
  • Understanding of local and national alcoholic beverage laws
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

  • Welcome, greet, thank guests and know regulars by name, their preferences, and needs
  • Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, liquor, ingredients of common and specialty cocktails and juices/natural refreshers
  • Know and inform guests about specialty beverages and answer questions about the menu
  • Deliver beverage orders according to standards
  • Maintain and follow financial procedures
  • Follow all local and national alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as needed
  • Always maintain a clean and safe work area including glassware, reach-in coolers and bar area fixtures
  • Assist in inventory as needed
