Job Requirements
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Experience in bartending or mixology
- Availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in work area
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle financial procedures and cash management

Job Duties
- Welcome, greet, thank guests and know regulars by name, their preferences, and needs
- Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, liquor, ingredients of common and specialty cocktails and juices/natural refreshers
- Know and inform guests about specialty beverages and answer questions about the menu
- Deliver beverage orders according to standards
- Maintain and follow financial procedures
- Follow all local and national alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as needed
- Always maintain a clean and safe work area including glassware, reach-in coolers and bar area fixtures
- Assist in inventory as needed
