Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate Micros point-of-sale system
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
Ability to follow company sanitation and alcohol policies
Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
Ability to read and communicate in English
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to the company’s sanitation procedures
Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated guests
Assess guest demeanor and report concerning behavior to a manager
Follow bar recipes to ensure consistent product and cost control
Keep station clean and set up and take down stations as needed
Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
Take guests’ food and drink orders accurately
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
Enter orders into Micros system quickly and accurately
Complete all sales on personal Micros keys and perform station duties at shift start and end
Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to bar and other restaurant sections
Work efficiently using “full hands in, full hands out” philosophy
Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand
Complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested
Perform opening and closing duties promptly
Assist in party set up and breakdown
Support other team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery and maintaining drink levels
Maintain positive relationships with team members to promote cooperation and morale
Listen carefully to guests and communicate effectively with guests and team members via Micros system
Maintain friendly and positive demeanor
Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old
