Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
bartending experience preferred but not required
legal eligibility to serve alcohol
strong multitasking skills
good physical stamina
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
excellent communication skills
ability to lift 15-20 pounds
able to work up to 8 hours behind the bar
knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws
outgoing personality

Job Duties

Serve guests courteously quickly and efficiently
follow guidelines for legal and responsible alcohol service
take orders and suggestively sell drinks
prepare drinks using recipes accurately
handle money and count back change
manage register cash responsibly during shift
count down drawer at shift end to ensure accuracy
