Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prior bartending or bar-back experience preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- willingness to comply with all liquor laws and company policies

Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with excellence for guests
- prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- adhere to and comply with all state and local liquor laws
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- be a true team player and support other front-of-house positions as needed
- stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
