Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of bartending or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state or local law
- Legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality balancing service between bar top guests and the service well
- Deliver exceptional service by providing knowledge of all food beer wine and spirits menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
- Practice proper cash handling proper operation of the point of sale system and hospitality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and maintain proper stock levels including inventory control and ordering of perishables and spirits according to projected business
- Support your crew in daily operations and uphold the aloha spirit in all guest interactions
- Assist in training new bartending staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local alcohol service laws
