Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of bartending or related experience in a full service restaurant
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state or local law
  • Legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality balancing service between bar top guests and the service well
  • Deliver exceptional service by providing knowledge of all food beer wine and spirits menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
  • Practice proper cash handling proper operation of the point of sale system and hospitality standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and maintain proper stock levels including inventory control and ordering of perishables and spirits according to projected business
  • Support your crew in daily operations and uphold the aloha spirit in all guest interactions
  • Assist in training new bartending staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local alcohol service laws
