Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be of legal drinking age per location
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
Take accurate orders and deliver friendly, attentive service
Ensure the bar is stocked, clean, and organized
Serve guests responsibly to promote a safe dining environment
Maintain the highest safety and sanitation practices
Build guest satisfaction to encourage repeat visits
