- minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- valid alcohol certification
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong communication skills in English
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

- honesty and team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting, preferred
- valid alcohol certification
- ability to follow recipes including measuring and mixing ingredients
- experience preparing ingredients such as cutting, peeling, and stuffing
- knowledge of labeling and stocking bar ingredients and garnishes
- ability to operate equipment and bladed tools safely
- proficiency in English communication both verbal and written
- elevated knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
- food serving experience with ability to describe and recommend menu items
- highly developed interpersonal skills
- basic bookkeeping knowledge
- working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- high stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to execute opening and closing procedures
- able to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- preparing alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests
- interacting with customers and taking food and drink orders
- serving guests with a warm, friendly smile
- maintaining guest retention through excellent service
- cleaning and sanitizing bar and work areas
- performing side work and teamwork of all varieties
- reporting thoroughly to management
- handling cash and credit payments responsibly
