Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume setting
  • valid alcohol certification
  • availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • strong communication skills in English
  • physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • flexibility to work part-time shifts
  • honesty and team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting, preferred
  • valid alcohol certification
  • ability to follow recipes including measuring and mixing ingredients
  • experience preparing ingredients such as cutting, peeling, and stuffing
  • knowledge of labeling and stocking bar ingredients and garnishes
  • ability to operate equipment and bladed tools safely
  • proficiency in English communication both verbal and written
  • elevated knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
  • food serving experience with ability to describe and recommend menu items
  • highly developed interpersonal skills
  • basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • high stamina to work on feet for extended periods
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • capability to execute opening and closing procedures
  • able to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • preparing alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests
  • interacting with customers and taking food and drink orders
  • serving guests with a warm, friendly smile
  • maintaining guest retention through excellent service
  • cleaning and sanitizing bar and work areas
  • performing side work and teamwork of all varieties
  • reporting thoroughly to management
  • handling cash and credit payments responsibly
