Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current state-mandated beverage service certificate if required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable transportation or means of commute
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Qualifications

One to three months of related experience or training
State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for food and beverage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Attention to detail in following drink recipes and service standards

Job Duties

Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
Conduct wine service in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional guest service
Adhere to all state-mandated beverage service regulations
