Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Job Duties

Welcome and greet customers with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all beverages according to standard, using recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system
Ensure customer is well attended, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety rules
