Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience
knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
attention to detail
basic math skills for handling transactions
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar, including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest drink, appetizer, and dessert sales
prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
accurately take food and drink orders and properly enter them into the POS system
ensure that customers are well served, offer drink refills and remove unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
