Job Requirements

Must have knowledge of bartending procedures including drink recipes
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle money accurately and make correct change
ability to read, write and communicate in English
basic math skills
compliance with all company policies and procedures
skill in building effective working relationships with coworkers and management

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of relevant bartending procedures such as drink recipes

skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
ability to perform basic math
ability to handle money and make correct change
ability to understand and comply with departmental and company rules, regulations, policies and procedures
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management

Job Duties

Prepare beverages in accordance with established procedures
follow proper cash control procedures
practice proper par stock ordering procedures
maintain current knowledge of all policies and procedures concerning service of all alcoholic beverages
responsible for set-up and cleaning of bar area
monitor and assist in training Barbacks
maintain knowledge of current hotel activities, beverage outlets and operations
comply with all health and safety standards
attend meetings as scheduled
perform other job-related duties as assigned
