Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks - from signature event cocktails to timeless classics and creative mocktails - always with flair and precision
- Engage guests with a friendly, approachable attitude, making everyone feel welcome
- Recommend drink selections, upsell event specials, and share knowledge of beverage offerings
- Handle cash and card transactions using the point-of-sale system, balance the drawer, and ensure smooth, accurate transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area
- Check IDs, monitor for intoxication, and follow legal and company safety guidelines
- Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and event staff to deliver seamless service
- Keep the bar fully stocked and ready for action
