Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar protocols
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
Restock limited supplies of beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
Prepare all drinks to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
Ensure guests are well served, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
