Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of proper food handling
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, courtesy, cooperativeness
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Qualifications
- One year of prior bartending experience preferred
- Prior guest relations training
- Proper food safety training and certification as described by law
- Experience working with POS systems such as Toast, Micros, Aloha, etc.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and upbeat personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food & beverage, health and safety regulations
- Exemplify outstanding communication skills
- Check in with clientele to ensure satisfaction
- Embody a strong and efficient work ethic including keeping work and guest areas clean
- Complete opening/closing duties and follow prep/checklist standards
- Adhere to cash handling policies including credit card transactions
- Participate in inventory and control pour-costs
- Perform other duties as assigned
