Job Requirements

  • meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • willingness to follow food safety norms

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • good customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards
  • ability to operate POS systems

Job Duties

  • welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using the proper glassware and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the guest is well attended to, offer refills, and remove any unused items
  • deliver and close out the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety standards
