Job Requirements

Must have experience in bartending
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
Must be able to stand for long periods
Commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Outgoing and social personality
Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Provide high quality service to all guests through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering guest questions
Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment
Identify all guests and monitor beverage consumption to avoid overserving
Perform other duties as assigned
