Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to all guests through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
  • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment
  • Identify all guests and monitor beverage consumption to avoid overserving
  • Perform other duties as assigned
