Job Requirements

- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Provide high quality service to all guests through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment
- Identify all guests and monitor beverage consumption to avoid overserving
- Perform other duties as assigned
