Job Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
must be able to use hands repetitively for grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
must be able to work in conditions with noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and temperature extremes
gaming servers and bartenders must be 21 years old
must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Be fully knowledgeable of the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered
attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking
provide excellent guest service daily
create drink recipes
stock the bar
maintain a clean work station
build a positive rapport with guests
