Job Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Ability to comply with local alcohol service laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol as per company and state law
Previous experience in bartending or hospitality (preferred but not required)

Job Duties

Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
Ensure excellent guest service and interaction
Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
