Job Duties

Demonstrate and promote a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant and hotel standard operating procedures
serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar
