  • previous bartending experience
  • food handler's permit required

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and promote a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
  • check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
  • control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant and hotel standard operating procedures
  • serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar
