Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in restaurant, bartender, or barista setting
  • Basic knowledge of barista, beer, wine, and liquor
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems preferred
  • Ability to create classic cocktails
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and move 24 lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and Sundays
  • Availability for part-time shifts 4-8 hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs and personalizing interactions
  • Share menu highlights, details, and make personalized recommendations
  • Stay informed on the menu and explain dishes and pairings to members
  • Handle challenges gracefully and find solutions
  • Set up the bar and prepare garnishes, mixers, and pre-batches
  • Maintain brand standards through daily tasks and cleaning
  • Follow all laws, club policies, and safety regulations regarding alcohol service
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive culture
