Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant, bartender, or barista setting
- Basic knowledge of barista, beer, wine, and liquor
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Experience with restaurant POS systems preferred
- Ability to create classic cocktails
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and move 24 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and Sundays
- Availability for part-time shifts 4-8 hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs and personalizing interactions
- Share menu highlights, details, and make personalized recommendations
- Stay informed on the menu and explain dishes and pairings to members
- Handle challenges gracefully and find solutions
- Set up the bar and prepare garnishes, mixers, and pre-batches
- Maintain brand standards through daily tasks and cleaning
- Follow all laws, club policies, and safety regulations regarding alcohol service
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive culture
