Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and welcome them when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and removing any unused items
Deliver and settle the check timely, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
