Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience
Knowledge of beverage preparation
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Strong knowledge of beer styles and cocktail recipes
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages quickly and accurately
Guide guests through the beer and cocktail menu
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
Uphold the company's house rules and brand values
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle cash and process payments efficiently
