Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers and take orders
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Help answer phone calls when hosts and managers are not available
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails as well as proprietary recipes
- Assist manager in placing orders for inventory upkeep
- Complete assigned side work
