Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years to serve alcohol
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- availability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- compliance with all company and state alcohol service regulations
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- well-developed interpersonal skills
- commitment to great guest service
- meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol according to company policies and state law
- ability to work evening and night shifts
- excellent communication skills
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- ensure exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- work collaboratively with team members to support overall venue operations
