Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hospitality experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Preferred 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to work in person
- Availability for weekend and weekday shifts
- Compliance with age verification laws
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Strong teamwork and organizational abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow the steps of service and The Source guidelines for preparing cocktails and other drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized section and collaborate with bartenders to wash glassware and utensils
- Educate guests about beverage options and daily specials
- Discuss menu items and food pairing options to promote sales
- Collect payments and operate cash register
- Check identification and monitor alcohol consumption
- Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Monitor inventory and delegate replenishment to Barbacks
- Mix ingredients according to drink recipes
