- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have minimum one year experience operating a full-service bar
- Ability to work full time or part time
- Willingness to provide responsible alcohol service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
