Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending or customer service experience
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be at least 21 years old as per liquor laws
Ability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately
Guide guests through the diverse beverage menu and craft beer selections
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient customer service
Ensure guests feel valued and enhance guest loyalty
Collaborate with team members to uphold Yard House values
Participate actively in creating a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere
