Job Duties
- Oversee and guide guest's complete dining and restaurant experience
- Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
- Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish
- Extensive beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, local craft and international beers, wine varietals and pairings
- Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
- Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly
- Maintain a sanitary environment for incoming and outgoing guests including sanitizing tables, chairs, and bathrooms
- Ensure proper table maintenance including water service and pre-bussing
- Help to set up and break down tables, chairs, plants, and canopy for patio service
- Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
- Communicate respectfully with chefs and kitchen team as well as servers
- Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests
- Engage management for any guest issue or complaint
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the bar and service areas
- Stocking and preparing service related items
- Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
