Job Requirements
- One year of prior bartending experience preferred
- prior guest relations training
- proper food safety training and certification as described by law
- experience working with POS and reservation software
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and ability to work with minimum supervision
- willingness to work flexible hours such as mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- plan and present bar menu
- check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
