Job Requirements

  • One year of prior bartending experience preferred
  • prior guest relations training
  • proper food safety training and certification as described by law
  • experience working with POS and reservation software
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • willingness to work flexible hours such as mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • plan and present bar menu
  • check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
