Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending experience preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • team player
  • knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing techniques

Job Duties

  • greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them properly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well taken care of, offer refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the check timely, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
