Job Requirements
- Valid food handling and responsible alcohol certifications
- Maintain professionalism at all times including on social media
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent hygiene
- Guest and team focused attitude
- Availability to work within expected hours of operation including evenings, holidays, weekends
- Ability to work collaboratively with Chef de Cuisine, Management, and Team
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Handling Certification
- Valid Responsible Alcohol Certification
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and mocktails with emphasis on Japanese whisky and sake for pairings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Strong guest and team focused attitude
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Experience in executive fine dining bar service preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a warm and inviting environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest
- Maintain elevated standards in product knowledge, service mechanics, and guest interaction
- Prepare batch cocktails and make beverage pairing recommendations
- Communicate concisely with General Manager and Chef de Cuisine regarding guest allergy concerns
- Complete prep work and all assigned trainings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
- Assist with inventory control and report low product quantities
