Job Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by company operating standards and state law
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capability to lift objects with some assistance
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent recommended
Prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred

Job Qualifications

Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology preferred
Ability to comply with state and company alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests
Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure safety
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
