Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Yard House recipes and standards
- Guide guests through the diverse beverage menu including draft selections and hand-crafted cocktails
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and equipment
- Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner to enhance the overall experience
- Follow company policies and house rules to sustain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
