Job Requirements

Minimum of one to three months bartending experience or training
Possession of state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service
Capability to work flexible shifts
Must be able to work as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Passion for food and beverage industry
Positive and energetic personality
Basic knowledge of drink recipes and wine service

Job Duties

Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
Conduct wine service
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Provide excellent customer service in a dynamic team environment
Ensure compliance with state beverage service certificate requirements
