Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One plus years bartending or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- Minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service or hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality balancing service between bar top guests and the service well
- Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food, beer, wine, and spirits menus including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- Practice proper cash handling, proper operation of the point-of-sale system and hospitality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members
- Maintain proper stock levels including inventory control and ordering of perishables and spirits according to projected business
- Support team members to achieve service goals
- Share knowledge on each season’s scratch cuisine and hand crafted cocktails
