at least 1 year of experience as a bartender and server
passion for hospitality
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Serve guests in a friendly manner
attend to the needs of each individual
mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly following standard recipes
total bills, accept payment, and make correct change
request identification from guests and confirm legal drinking age
stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
clean glassware and maintain appropriate stock of glasses
perform other assigned responsibilities
